Tour Information

• Please be ready for pick-up 10 minutes prior to the tour start time.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• For children under 8 years of age, guests must supply an approved car seat.
• Bottled water is provided for all guests on request.
• We strongly recommend wearing sunscreen, a hat, insect repellent, and appropriate footwear.
• If any listed attraction is unavailable, a suitable alternative will be provided.
• All bookings must be made online by 9:00pm on the day prior to the tour.

Tour Cancellations

In the event of cancellation by the operator (due to weather or other reasons), you will be notified by phone as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued.

In the event of cancellation by the guest:

• A full refund (less 2.8% booking fee) is available for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the tour.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations made after the 24-hour deadline.
