We sip, stroll, and story-tell our way through Broken Hill’s pub scene—tasting local gin, exploring historic watering holes, and ending the night with cocktails and character at the city’s newest bar.

- We kick things off with gin tasting at the Broken Hill Distillery (excluding Tuesday), sampling award winning locally crafted spirits.
- Then we visit the iconic Broken Hill Pub, often hailed as the city’s finest with upmarket fixtures and fittings and its own merch shop.
- Next is the quirky Junction Hotel where an unexpected surprise awaits. Also Fri & Sat tours include a free drink here to $12 value.
- As we drive around town, we spot historic pubs of the past, sharing the colourful stories behind them.
- We stop at the legendary Palace Hotel, made famous by the film Priscilla, Queen of the Desert.
- On Tuesdays**, as both Broken Hill Distillery and Mary’s Bar are closed, the tour will instead include a 1-hour historical guided tour of the Palace Hotel, along with a visit to the Astra Hotel.
- Next, we take a walk along Argent Street (excluding Tuesday), admiring the stunning architecture and the tales behind each building.
- We wrap up the afternoon at the vibrant Mary’s Bar (excluding Tuesday), enjoying incredible cocktails and great company to finish the tour on a high.
